The HPM series is available in three models:

- HPM-100-40/42 - High Efficiency GaAsP Version
- HPM-100-50 - Extended Red Sensitive GaAs Version
With no after pulsing, excellent dynamic range and large photocathode of 3mm diameter, these hybrid detectors are ideally suited to use in TCSPC measurements such as FLIM.
