CZF Series High Precision Motorised Vertical-Motion Stages
Zolix's CZF Series High Precision Motorised Vertical-Motion Stages are designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of highly demanding applications.
These stages offer higher motion precision with their use of linear-slider or cross-roller guides. These feature high strength, high loading capacity and excellent durability.
This series is ideal for integration into automation equipment, or instruments with strict size and weight restrictions.
The CZF Series operate with a short-travel reange and higher repetition rate, making them suitable for on-site production lines.
Features:
• Ball screws with high quality stepping motors
to provide higher resolution and positioning
accuracy.
• High strength, heavy load capacity and high
durability are offered by linear-slider or crossedroller
bearing guides.
• Fine-grinding techniques are used on the
treatment of installation surface of guides to
ensure high motion accuracy.
• Three sensors(two for position-limit and one
for origin point) works with high flexible cable.
Modular cable units make maintenance easier
