9055 series 250mm asymmetric focal length, computer controlled, Czerny-Turner scanning monochromator

Sciencetech's 9055 series, 250mm focal length scanning monochromators feature a flat field for use as a spectrograph. The 9055 model has an f/3.5 aperture, although a faster f/2.5 is available as a 9055F model. These motorised monochromators feature a computer controlled turret for automatic grating and wavelength selection.

Description:

Four models of 9055 series are available

  • 9055 with f/3.5 aperture
  • 9055F with a faster f/2.5 aperture
  • 9055DX motorised double 1/4m monochromator that can be switched between additive and subtractive configurations
  • 9055DXi imaging monochromator which uses toroidal optics to compensate for astigmatism inherent in Czerney-Turner type monochromators and spectrographs

Both the input and output port are located on the front faceplate of the monochromator, and the system includes one SS80 slit at the input port.

This system does not include gratings, software, or a host computer. If you require any of these components, please contact us to discuss your options. The 9055DX system includes two manual slits (one input and one intermediate). Motorised upgrades and additional slits may be purchased separately. Gratings also need to be purchased separately, with a minimum of 2 gratings required for the system to operate.

The 9055 has a computer controlled interchangeable turret for automatic wavelength selection and slit control. Features include:

  • Highly customisable modular design
  • Two configurable input and output ports
  • Configurable turret and grating options
  • Universal serial bus (USB) 2.0 communication
  • Full line of input and output accessories
  • Fully integrated software and development libraries available
