
Raman LIDAR Filters - Ultra-narrowband filters, 386.7nm, 407.6nm and 530.2nm
Raman LIDAR filters are ULTRA-narrowband thin-film interference filtersthat have extremely steep edges so that the Raman signal is transmitted to the detector while the stronger elastic backscatter signals at the laser wavelength are blocked to a level of OD8 (-80dB or 0.000001% transmission) out-of-band blocking. Available at centre wavelengths 386.7nm, 407.6nm and 530.2nm

Description:
Alluxa's Raman LIDAR filters are either single cavity or multi-cavity ultra-narrow bandpass filters designed with exceptionally steep edges, a flat top, transmission that is atleast 85% at the central wavelength (CWL). Available at central wavelength of 386.7nm for N2 detection, 407.6nm for water vapour detection and 503.2nm. Alluxa's ultra-narrow bandpass filters have the highest transmission and narrowest bandwidths currently available. Because they are hard-coated using our innovative SIRRUS plasma deposition process, all Alluxa optical filters are highly durable and resistant to laser damage
Other wavelengths of LIDAR filters are available including 355nm, 532m and 1064nm. Depending on the wavelength ranges and requirements of your system, Alluxa narrowband interference filters can be custom designed to meet one or more of the following challenging specifications: Up to 98% peak transmission Up to OD10 blocking by design CWL at any wavelength from the UV to the mid IR (~250 nm to 6.2 µm) CWL tolerances as tight as 0.05 nm FWHM bandwidths as narrow as 0.1 nm TWE as low as 0.01 wave RMS / inch measured at 632.8 nm
